Honey muesli bars step by step
- Keep aside all the above-mentioned ingredients....now add butter in a pan...further add,chopped almonds,sugar free or sugar powder,and honey.
- Mix it well for 3-4 minutes...then add muesli and coconut powder...mix it and fry it for 5-8 minutes...and add a spoon vanilla essence...and again mix it for 2 minutes.
- Now after 2 minutes..add a spoon choco chips and stir it so that the chips starts melting...as melted chips help in to form some stickiness in the mixture...off the flame..and move this whole mixture immediately into the butter greased mould...(You must add butter paper in the mould as this process won't let the mixture to get stick in the buttom).
- Gently spread the mixture all over the mould and then with the help of spatula...press it little hard so that the mixture just combine and stick easily...after that cover your mould with aluminium foil...cover it well so that no air will pass...you may cover it with a plate too..but aluminium foil works well...keep it it freezer for 1 hour...then move this to freeze(refrigerator) for 1 and 1/2 hour...
- After 2 and 1/2 hour peel away aluminium foil...remove block of muesli from the mould.
- Peel the butter paper and cut it into equal bars shape.... Note:::store bars in air tight container upto 1 week...for the softest bars keep at room temperature...for the slightly harder bars..store in the fridge.
