- It's 1/4 cup of Curd.
- It's 1/4th cup of Onion paste.
- It's 1/4th cup of Tomato paste.

- Take a pan heat some oil. Fry sliced onions till brown..
- Fry the fish in the same oil lightly..
- Now add the whole spices to the oil. Bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and red dry chilli..
- Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes away..
- Now add pureed tomatoes..
- Fry till it changes it's colour. Add salt turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder..
- Once it's properly cooked and mixed the spices switch off the flame and let it cool down for few minutes. Now add beaten curd..
- Mix it really well. Add hot water let it simmer for few seconds. Add fried fish and some chopped coriander leaves..
- Simmer for few more minutes. Serve with steamed rice..
