Ingredients of Snicker fudge
- You need of First layer.
- Prepare 1 cup of Milk choc chips.
- It's 1/4 cup of Butterscotch chips.
- You need 1/4 cup of Creamy p.b.
- Prepare of Second layer.
- It's 4 tbsp of Butter.
- You need 1 cup of Granulated sugar.
- You need 1/4 cup of Evaporated milk.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of Marshmallow creme.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Creamy p.b..
- You need 1 tsp of Vanilla.
- It's 1 1/2 cup of Chopped salted peanuts.
- Prepare of Third layer.
- Prepare 14 oz of Pkg carmel cubes.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Heavy cream.
- You need of Fourth layer.
- It's 1 cup of Milk choc chips.
- You need 1/4 cup of Butterscotch chips.
- You need 1/4 cup of Creamy p.b..
Creamy and decadent chocolate fudge is packed with chunks of gooey and nutty Snickers bars. And it only takes three ingredients to make! I can't pass up decadent fudge at a Thanksgiving or Christmas party. It's my very favorite treat during the holidays and I can't get enough!
Snicker fudge step by step
- FIRST LAYER.
- Lightly spray 9x13 baking pan with spray.
- Over medium heat melt milk choc chips, p.b. and butterscotch in small pan.
- Stir until completely melted pour into lightly greased pan, even out and refrigerate until set.
- SECOND LAYER.
- Melt butter over medium-high heat in sauce pan.
- Add sugar and evaporated milk, bring to boil then cook for 5 minutes, stir constantly.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in marshmallow, p.b. and vanilla.
- Add peanuts to mix, and spread evenly over choc mix.
- THIRD LAYER.
- Melt caramels and heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
- Pour over peanut mix refrigerate until set.
- FOURTH LAYER.
- Repeat step one.
- Melt choc, butterscotch, and p.b. over low heat until smooth.
- Pour over caramel layer refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
