- Prepare of Vegetable.
- You need of Meat.
- You need of Fresh fish.
- Prepare of Palm oil.
- You need of Tomatoes paste (pepper, tomatoes and onions grinded and cooked).
- You need of Seasoning.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Crayfish.
