2. Prepare 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks.

4. It's 10 cloves of garlic, minced.
5. It's 1 (6 ounce) of can tomato paste.
6. You need 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes.
7. You need 1/4 teaspoon of adobo seasoning.
8. You need 1 cup of water.
9. You need 1 of green pepper, sliced.
