1. Take a pan add water on the gas when water start boiling add noodles and pinch of salt.check once after 15 minutes if Noddles are done than strain them..
2. Now add noodles in bowl add corn flour mix well.now fry them.when it's look done transfer it in a platter..
3. Take a pan add 1 tsp oil than add vegetables,salt,soya sauce,chilli sauce,sugar and tomato sauce mix well now add water and stir it continuesly.after 10- minutes add corn flour slurry(slurry- corn flour, water mix well)than add slurry into the sauce.when sauce is little thick than off the gas..
4. Now sauce is ready.take a platter add fried noodles now on top add sauce serve hot..
