- You need 6 pieces of mutton steak.
- You need 2 tbsp of chili sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of vinegar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp of gg paste.
- You need of Oil.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chili flakes.
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper.
- It's 1 tsp of chicken powder.
- It's 8-10 of garlic cloves (finely chopped).
- You need 1/2 kg of rice.
- It's 1/2 kg of potatoes for fries.
- It's 2 of onions.
- Prepare 3 of bell peppers (I used of different color).
- It's 1 tsp of oregano.
- You need 2 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of all purpose flour.
- It's 1 of small bowl chili garlic sauce.
- It's 1 of knorr cube packet.
The relatively small size of lamb/mutton steaks allow for quick cooking times when using a gril. Kosher salt: I try not to use table salt to season steaks. Coarse, flavorful kosher salt is the way to go. Black pepper: Freshly ground has the best flavor.
Mutton steak 🥩 instructions
- Take a bowl and put the mutton steaks in it. Then add chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, gg paste, chili flakes, black pepper, chicken powder and oregano. Mix well and marinate for 4-6 hours.
- Take a pan with 2 tbsp oil in it and add steak and 1/2 cup water and cover with lid and cook for 30-45 minutes till it’s soft and tender..
- Then grill these steaks for 5-10 minutes. Keep aside..
- Soak rice for 15-20 minutes and then boil them..
- Take a pan with 2 tbsp oil, garlic cloves and chicken cube in it, then add rice, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano and mix well. Keep aside..
- Cut potatoes into fries and deep fry them. Keep aside..
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil, garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add sliced onions and sliced bell peppers and also add salt, Black pepper and chili flakes. And mix well and keep aside..
- Take another pan and add butter, gg paste, salt, black pepper and mix well..
- Then add flour and mix. Then add chili garlic sauce and water and mix well..
- Cook till it is a little thick. Keep aside..
