- It's 2 cups of Green Gram or Sabut Moong.
- It's 3/4 cup of Rice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- You need 2-3 of Green chillies finely chopped.
- It's 1 tbsp of Grated Ginger.
- You need 1 of Onion finely chopped.
- It's 1 bunch of Coriander leaves finely chopped.

- Soak both Rice and the Lentils for a good 8 hours or better still overnight. Grind both the Dosa ingredients into a smooth semi thick batter at first. Stir in Salt and the other ingredients mentioned. Mix well. Spread Dosas as you normally do. Drizzle Oil or Ghee. It's your choice..
- Make all in the same way and serve hot with Coconut Chutney and Pickle just as I did. Or you can serve with any Chutney of your choice. Traditionally it's served with Upma for breakfast. Enjoy!.
