- It's 1 cup of Raw Rice.
- It's 1 tbsp of Red chilli flakes.

- It's 1 tbsp of Salt or to taste.
- It's 1/4 cup of Oil for making Dosas.
- You need 1 cup of grated Mozzarella cheese.
- You need 1 of Egg for each Dosa.

- Soak both Lentils and Rice for a good 5 hours. Grind and make a semi-thick Dosa batter as usually, we do. Add salt and mix well. Spread Dosas on a nonstick tawa and use Oil as needed. For every Dosa, an Egg is required. As soon as you spread it, break an Egg on it. Cover and cook on a low heat for 2 minutes and then top it up with the Mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle some Red chilli and Parsley flakes both. Allow it to cook just until the cheese melts. That's it..
